Phlair's state-of-the-art Hydrolyzer technology is at the heart of it's electrochemical DAC process. Their system uses a basified solvent to capture CO₂ and an acid to release it. The closed-loop system continuously captures CO2 and is particularly well suited to the electricity generation curves of renewables, as it can store acids and bases. Built on existing supply chains and components from the PEM electrolysis industry, the technology is highly scalable, enabling Phlair to deploy rapidly.
